Your feedback on router WAN standard across the organization

Folks, I am building a standard for WAN routers across the organization. Services to be considered:

-VoIP

-Cisco WAAS modules

-QoS

My challenge:

I have offices which range from 20 users to 1,300.

So I think a good standard would be:

Router 2851 as main router and 1841 as back up router for offices with up to 100 users and up to 10Mbps circuit.

Router 3825 for offices with less than 330 users and up to 1/2 T3.

Router 3845 for officesd with less than 950 users and full T3.

What do you think about this approach? Any feedback?

Sounds like a fairly sound plan, what are you planning on using in the 1300 user office?

What other services do you have to take into consideration (vpn?)? At 100 users an 1841 with a lot of services running on the router will be probably starting to struggle (given it's for backup only it's probably ok)

Obviously the way you wish to implement VoIP will have an affect on design as well?
