Please can i would like to translate an external subnet to an internal IP on asa and also create a VPN using this interesting traffic.Is the command 'global (inside)' possible?

Yes it is.

nat (outside) 2 192.168.10.0 255.255.255.0 outside

global (inside) 2 10.157.200.1
