Does anyone know the resolution of this - says it is a database error for Extention Mobility - gives a description but cannot find a workign solutions.
Effects one user only on the network, and user unable to log into any phone 7941ge
Will not allow me to delete the profile and start again as a workaround - any ideas?
Call Managaer 6.1.1.1000

Can you check if there is a default device profile for 7951G-GE model.

Hi Nick,
A similar problem documented in CSCsi35186
If you are indeed running into this bug, TAC may provide the workaround described in the DDTS, or provide you with with the SR that has the fix for the defect (6.1.1.1000.11)
