CUPS and MS Outlook 2007 Problems

When user has the CUPS add-in for MS Outlook 2007 enabled they have problems closing Outlook Properly. The program and icon disappear from the users desktop but Outlook remains in the Task Manager for 5 to 7 mins after. If they disable the CUPS add-in by going Tools - Trust Center - Add-Ins - Go and disable. Outlook closes quickly from the desktop and Task Manager.


The problem is that the user is getting an error about the Outlook - Data file does not close properly when the go and open Outlook again with the CUPS add-in enabled. Then Outlook responds slowly while the Outlook data file is being checked for errors.


Has anyone elses seen or have heard of this problem?

We had fits with CUPC causing outlook to crash. I called TAC and got and ES Release of the CUPC client to use and that resolved the issues. The version were were using was 1.2(2). The ES build is 1.2.2.11752 I believe.
