UCM 5.1 - system error code on the CDR "Error code 10011"

When trying to run reports, I'm getting the CDR 'Error Code 10011'. Tried to research on CCO but only came across this document:

This does not apply to my scenario. Does anyone else have any other suggestions?

have you verified all the CDR parameters are properly configured?
