How to receive alert on a Down FXO port or Unregistered MGCP

We are using a pots line on our 2821 gateways for 911 using MGCP.

Is there a way of knowing if the Pots line connected to FXO port is Down?

Is there a way of knowing if the gateway is unregistered with CUCM? /MGCP is down?

In RTMT you can see ALerts for Gateways unregistered decreased

We are using that feature, unfortunately it does not provide the ip address of the gateway that went down. Thanks
