Server setup for UCM 6.0 (1a)

We purchased cisco reccommended servers for a new 6.0, configured the arrays as instructed but can't seem to figure out a way to cinfigure the nics in a team. The servers are HP DL380 G5

Is there a way to create the teamed nic before loading the overlay disk so that you can use the virtual mac addr. to get your license file? Or you use Ethernet 0
