QoS Configurations.

Hi

I would like to configure Quality of Service on our routers for Voice, Video and data. I'm looking at QoS on the Cisco site but don't seem to understand where I start with the configurations.

I'd like to configure QoS on both end of the links. E.g I have a 2Mbps pipe to a remote branch, and would like 256Kbps of this pipe to be for VoIP. The remainder will be for data. Please give me some information where I should start.

With the suggestion below I would assume that both Voice and data will use the same 2Mbps pipe. How can I tell if the QoS is working in this type of configs.
