Cisco MCS 7800 Can't log into web interface

Hello,

I have a Cisco MCS 7800 and I am unable to log into the web interface. I managed to create a username and password in the CLI but it does not work for the web interface. The default password it came with only works on the CLI also. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

can you list the commands you are using to reset the password?

Also, what are you logging into? CUCM 6.x or 5.x or CER or ?

Default CUCM administration is ccmadministrator and then your password.

default CER administration is CERAdministrator

also please note that username and pwd are case sensitive so you need to enter them EXACTLY THE SAME as during the install

I didn't do the initial setup. That made things a little harder. Do you know how to make it run the initial setup again just for future reference. I don't know that I will need it.

I am using CUCM 5.x. I used the utils reset_ui_administrator password and used the username you gave me. It worked! Thanks!
