Hello, I was wondering if we could customize what information shows up on the display of the phone. When customers call in we have them enter there account number and when we handle that call in the queue the account number shows up in the agent software. My question is, can we have that account number show up on the actual phone display?
They are 7941G phones. We are running CCM 5.1.3

Yes. I assume you have IPCC for all this. You can use the Set Enterprise step in the script editor to pop information on the ip phone's screen. Check the Desktop Administrator Help on passing data via a variable.

Yes. We are using IPCC Express Premium. I will look into this. I know we are using the Set Enterprise step to pass it onto the agent so i will look into about passing it onto the phone.
