Voice Message in outlook

Hi

I have a UVM and I want to know how the language for the email is chosen. When my customer receives a voice message in her outlook, the email is in English and I want it in French. All the primary languages are French so I wonder if I miss something in the installation

The language for the voicemail subject line in Outlook should be that of the recipient subscriber found under Subscribers > Conversation > Language in the SA.

Hi

I just look at it and the language is French but the customer receive all the emails in english. Do you have another idea?
