Hi friend,
Open the files in Excel and specify the following in the import window:
1.- Check the radio button for "delimited" and click Next button.
2.- Then check for comma separated and click Next.
3.- Then specify Text as the columns format. Click Finish.
Notice that values for dateTimeOrigination, dateTimeConnect and dateTimeDisconnect are integers.
These values must apply a formula to make them understandable. For this you can check this link:
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/voicesw/ps556/products_tech_note09186a00801d71c5.shtml
Also notice that values for dateTimeConnect and dateTimeDisconnect are in GMT. You have to substract the number of hours according to your timezone.
Hope this helps little bit.
Regards,
- adrián.
