X.25 LAPD Network over a 3G Network

Hello Everybody,

I have to do a lab (for a client) with the following architecture : A central router which is by one interface attached to an IP/MPLS network, the other interface is serving a central Host X.25. A remote router with a 3G HWIC embedded that is connected to the ISP Network and the other interface is serving a X.25 host. The ISP is doing a GRE Tunnel to link the Hub Router and the Spoke.

I have to validate that it is possible to have full reachability between central site and the remote agents...

The problem is how to do everything ?...

I have to run X.25 over a 3G (IP) network and the ISP is bringing us X.25 on the D Channel.

If anyone has an idea on how to do that...

Thanks a lot for your help.

Hi, you would use XOT and X.25 on BRI D channel, and it will work.

Many networks are like this and doesn't matter the physical network type as long IP and XOT are properly configured.

Hope this helps, please rate post if it does!
