Switch down

Two Switches which are pointed to ASA are not reachable from the outside network.

Here's the background on the problem,

1.The switches are pointing to the ASA and are in different VLAN where as the switches in other VLAN are accessible from outside and are directly pointed to the WAN router.

2. No logs found on the WAN router for ACL applied to drop connection to the problematic switches or any other conf. issues on router.

3. No logs found on problematic switches saying it's down

4. The prolematic switch has no inter vlan comm. configured where as the inter vlan communication for the other switches is done on WAN router.

What can be the problem?

I am a little confused on this.

Can you give a general topo on how these are connected?

Can the ASA talk to the switches?

Can the switches talk to each other?

Just need more details on the set-up. If you can post the specific config settings too that would help greatly.
