Unwanted ISDN call

Hi,

I have customer router connected to ISDN gateway.ISDN is configured as backup for main line.Now on the Customer router unwanted incoming call are getting even if ISDN gateway is not intiating the call.This is getting disconnected after 20sec.When is removed the authentication from customer router this call will continue for 180sec default.

In the incoming call calling number is ISDNGATWAY PRI number is showing but dialer of this customer is not bounding to any PRI interface on ISDN gateway.

Can someone guide me from where this incoming call is getting.

Hi, if you do "debug isdn q931" with "term mon" you should see the calling number.
