Cisco TSP with CCM 6.1.2 *ERROR* Provider open failed

Hi,

I am trying to use TSP for outlook with ccm 6.1.2. However I get the erros below.

I have done the following:

1.Installed TSP plugin and tapi wave driver

2.configure TFTP IP under TSP config

3. Restarted CTI manager

4. Ensure owner user id is set for user.

5. Associated user to an IP phone

6. selected Primary extension for user

7. No firewall is turned on on User PC..

8. Can ping callmanager from user pc

You should configure CTI Manager (check if is it enabled) IP address instead TFTP and add user to CTI Enabled group.

I have CTI manager IP configured, but Under security tab in TSP Config, I have the TFTP IP configured too.

where will I do that, I am not sure its enabled. Can you point me to where this can be checked
