From the moderator/scheduler's browser, find the meeting that ended. Recording become available following the meeting end. There should be an option to save the meeting recording to a file. The file is saved depending on the location you specify, meaning it can be saved directly to the moderator's PC or network drive. The resulting file does not have an associated application, but can be played with Media Player. Note that the records remain on the MPE server based on the Administative System - Meeting Configuration, field "Days until meeting recordings purged". Please also note that you must be a moderator to enable recordings and be in the full web session, not the light version.
