incoming call issue with 1 DID - Cause i = 0x80A9 - Temporary failure

I have a 2851 with ios 12.4(h3) running MGCP. when someone calls the did 1531 they get a fast busy tone. the debugs shows the folliwing

Cause i = 0x8090 - Normal call clearing

have you seen something like this before ?

we have 1000 DIDs and only 1 is giving the problem thank you

Oh ok looks like a change notification problem

COuld you please try to delete the DN and add it back if same issue can you restart ccm.exe ?

What is 1531?

Cris could you pleas eupload CCM detailed trace for the failure?

so far yes, the same channel

1531 is the did

I placed the call at 9:54 or so

Which version of CCM?

Did you delete the DN recently ?

What is seen in the traces is that for this DN

is not in the DA table but in the intercepts

|InterceptPartition=Phones-CAC

|InterceptPattern=1531

Is that the correct info (partition)?

If CCM 4.1(3)sr5d or less an upgrade may be required for CSCsj30852 for long term fix or a CCM.exe restart for workaround

CCM version 4.0(2a)es64

I didn't delete the DN

the DN is on partition Phones-CAC that is the correct partition and I just double check and the DN is associated to 5 more phones.
