Attendant Console Window maximizing/minimizing

Unanswered Question

We are using CCM 4.1(3) and are using the Attendant Console. I have one user that says that everytime she gets a call the AC window pops up in the middle of what she is doing. She said it wasn't doing that before. I could not find any setting to change it. She said before it was minimized. I uninstalled and reinstalled, checked settings and everything looks good. There is no setting to change this that I could find.

I also have another user who complains of the opposite. She said that her window used to be Maximized all the time, and now it is minimized and we can not get it to restore to normal size when she gets a call.

I wish I could switch their computers and the problem would be fixed. But they are in different locations. Any help?

Hi Julio,

Have you tried to use this method to enable / disable "Pop to Top" on AC

Note: To toggle the pop-to-top feature on and off, press Alt + P.
