One of my customer wants to do text to speech when recording auto attendants.
He is using CCM 4.1(3) and unity VM only - 4.0(5)
Is this doable ?

In short, Yes.
You can use TTS with your CCM/Unity environment using unity as your TTS system.
You may have to install the feature via the Unity CDs.
