Problems to select hunt group in ACD CME 4.1

When I configure ACD in CME 4.1 the next message is display

CME(config-app-param)# param service-name queue

after I select dial by options menu the ephone-hunt groups are ignored, I hear the message the correspond to the voice mail number saying the the number does not exist.

The option dial by extension works fine and also when I dial 0 option (operator) works fine

I guess something wrong happend with the file app-b-acd-2.1.2.2.tcl because the result is the same even though I don't put

service queue flash:app-b-acd-2.1.2.2.tcl

param aa-hunt3 1003

param queue-len 5

param aa-hunt4 1004

param queue-manager-debugs 1

param number-of-hunt-grps 4

param aa-hunt2 1002

Warning: parameter service-name has not been registered under aa namespace is just a warning, you can ignore the messages. Once the AA is activated the warning will go off.

But how about the problems that ephone-hunt groups are ignored
