Hi!

The configuration for these switches is the same as any other. The configuration is dont through console attached to the superviser itself.

You can configure any ports on the line card directly by goingt to interface configuration mode like "interface module no./port number.

Eg. A Lan line card with 24 ports present in module 3 can be configured through interface gig3/1 which refers to the 1st port on the 3rd linecard.

Similarly for WAN cards, its gi3/1/0 where 3 denotes the module number, 1 denotes the spa(sub module) number and 0 denotes thew port number on the spa.
