Would like to know any ways of deactivation the call flow of the cisco ivr but calls are back to the assigned extension of callmanager ?

Need this feature as in case the cisco ivr is down or customer would not like following the call flow of the cisco ivr for time of malfunction, servicing or maintenance on the ivr server.

you could try to use the CFNA on the route point sending the call to the IVR application, this should allow you some routing decisions in the event of an IVR issue like the one reported.

You might consider reroute to autoattendant and do some scripting there or a CCM huntgroup.
