Vlan10 is the external interface and web servers are connected to vlan 30.

We found that all none of the below works.

1. web

2. DNS lookup

3. SMTP

Any idea?

Thank you!

you are missing vlan 10 on an interface

Sorry, it is there as show below.

bridge vlan 10

I missed it in the previous message.

Any idea?

Thanks.

1. What does the "show virtual-routers" command output says? Is the same CSS active for both virtual routers (front and back)?

2. Where do clients reside? Do you have a default route on CSS?

3. What does the "show service" command output says?

Best regards,

Jasmina

Hi Jasmina,

The information you need is attached.

e1 is the external interface.

e3 connect to a vlan for web servers.

Thanks a lot.
