Hi

I am installing the CCM 5.1, in the IP PHONES (7911G) is show the buttons: Redial, Newcall, MSG!

My solution don't have voicemail, I want exclud the button softkey MSG. How can I do it?

You can do that from Device->Device Settings->Softkey template

If you have already created a template, edit it.If you have not, you have to create a new one by copying the Standard user and chaning the layout.

You would have to change layout for "on-hook" call state.

Hi

I create a new softkey-template based in standard user.

In "on hook" there are 3 items (Redial, Newcall and ForwardAll.

In telephony show-me 4 items (Redial, Newcall, MSG and ForwardAll)

I want that don't show me MSG option. Just the 3 items (Redial, Newcall and Forward All equal the softkey-template created for me!

Hello:

I guess you cannot delete "MSG" softkey from Cisco 7911 models. Sorry!
