C6000-MSFC2

We have a C6MSFC2-PSV-M. In LMS 2.6, it displays as a C6000-MSFC2 as an attached device to some of our routers on our WAN. The WAN routers are connected as serial interfaces. Is there a way to get Topology Services Views to show it as a single device that the WAN routers are connected to instead of seperate devices that appear to be physically attached in the same icon?

Upgrade to Campus Manager 4.0.11 and Common Services 3.0.6. Then reinitialize your ANI database. Finally, run a new Campus Data Collection. That should clear this problem up.

To reinitialize the ANI database, run the following command:

NMSROOT/bin/perl NMSROOT/bin/dbRestoreOrig.pl dsn=ani dmprefix=ANI

Please post a screenshot illustrating what you're seeing.

The C6000 listing displays with some of the WAN sites as if they were part of that device. The C6000 should show as a central device that multiple WAN sites connect to like a central hub.

This could be some corruption in the Campus Manager data. What is the exact version of Campus Manager being used?

Our Campus Manager is version 4.0.6
