I'm running CRS 5.0(1)433 Premium with CUCM 6.1.1.2000-3. Users are defined in CUCM and can be seen in CRS. Yet, name to user in a script fails to find any users. Suggestions?

Run the Nuance Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) Refresh Task.
If the names are still not recognized, stop and restart the CRA Engine.
