I have Call Manager .0 setup and the IP Phones are not registered. The Phones receive IP addresses, however when I try to ping the phones from Call Manager it times out. Does anyone know what could be the possible fix for this. NB The call Manager is on network, the phones are on and networks. I am able to ping the Call Manager IP Address but not the phones

even if a phone is not registered but has the ip address config (DHCP or manual) it should reply to a ping

i'd check the routing in first place

if this helps, please rate

I was also to resolve this problem, on the dhcp subnet I had put the wrong gateway for the voice vlan subnets. I changed it to the correct gateway and now the phones are registered.

Can you put a PC on the 192.168.130.x network and then try to ping the phones ? This may be a simple routing problem.
