adding metric or weight to advertisements at the interface level

Under the router rip command you can add an offset to a received route using the offset command and an ACL. Is there a command you can add to an interface so that all advertisements it sends are already modified with a weight or hop count or some type of offset?

Using the offset command under the "router rip" configuration there are optional paramneters to specify an interface. So if you want to offset routes received/sent on a a particular interface you can specify this in your offset list. See link for details:

Yes, thank you very much. Don't know what I hadn't seen the interface option. Maybe I was using an older IOS that doesn't support that.
