line appearances/amount of calls user can recieve

We are setting up a UC520. It seems by default that if the user is currently on a call and receives another call, they are notified on their display and can go ahead and put the first call on hold and then grab the second.

A couple of questions:

How can I only permit one call to go to the handset and all other calls then go to voicemail?

How can I create TWO monitor buttons on another phone (say for the secretary) so that he/she may 'see' if the user is currently on 1 or 2 calls?

1. under ephone-dn "huntstop channel"

2. Actually you can't monitor individual call appearances for an ephone-dn. The alternative is that you create two ephone-dn dual-line with the same number, and assign in overlay with "c" to the same button. These would have hhuntstop channel.

This way on the admin phone you can monitor them separately.
