I am using CCM 5.1 & server ver- MCS7815.
in this week I am facing a problem.every day morning, I have to generate call report through CDR.
but befor three days , I have seen that report was not generating.but all options was enable.after that day its resolve and again its working...but today again I faced same problem..repot not generating .
So I can't understand that what is the prob?
plz any body help me....
