Is there any way to retrieve reports from this app? My Director is looking for ports in use, times, last logins, conference usage, etc etc. I have gone through the GUI but cannot find anything.
Every user has a billing code and you can use this to run reports based on departments or billing codes. You can also apply conferencing rates per minute to calculate total cost.
