Hi,
I have a client who was asking if he could utilize the "Personal Address Book" feature, a user can administer from the ccmuser page, as a database for all of his clients?
The idea is for when his employees need to look a up a particular contact/client all they need to do is press the Directories>Personal Address Book and do a search.
Could a csv file possibly be loaded to populate the fields? Just a thought?

Well. the data is in the database so using AXL you should be able to enter records into that database (from a CSV file or whatever you like).

Interesting...Is their any good documentation from cisco on making adjustments to the database on ccm 6.x?
