what is the function wise diffrence between both the cards for E1 link.

Hi, beside different generations, one is an NM the other a an HWIC. Both wold work foran E1 circuit. The g.703 variant is needed only if you have an unframed circuit and want to us it in full.

Hi Ajay,

In addition to what Paolo has mentioned, NM-1CE1T1-PRI module supports only DATA, no voice support on this module.

Yes, and in fact the evolution of it is the new HWIC-1CE1T1-PRI that you may want to consider as well.

Hi guys, this HWIC-1CE1T1-PRI is supported in the Cisco 3825? It can be inserted in the HWIC slot without the need of a Network Module?

Yes, it can provided you have an IOS version with support for that.
