Looking for "turnkey" Java RTP rec/transmit examples for RTP (RTPR/RTPT)

I am looking for turnkey Java code that will work with Cisco phones to trans/rec RTP packets...

Would be even better if it transmitted a wav file and wrote rec to a wav file...

Surely someone has successfully tackled this...and I would surely be grateful if you could provide some samples...

Tried JMStudio...but I just could not get the right settings...

I don't have my bookmarks with me but I posted a sample a long time ago which allows you to stream wav files or input from the mic port of a computer.

There is no recording though.. JTAPI would be ideal but unfortunately the recording part wasn't implemented. I think TAPI would be able to do that part though.
