Eligiblity For CCIE

I have not done any certification of Cisco before but Started CCIE Preperation. Is there any requirment to get the Certificaiton of CCNA befor I appear for CCIE Exams?

I have this problem too.

Nope, none at all.

You take the CCIE written exam; that's the only prerequisite for taking the Lab and getting your CCIE.

CCIE can be your first, last, and only Cisco certification, if that's what you choose to do.

As a practical matter most people do get some other Cisco certifications such as CCNA and CCNP on the way to getting their CCIE and find that studying for these certifications is a convenient way to structure their preparation for the CCIE. But Scott is exactly correct that no other certification is required for the CCIE. It is certainly possible to study for and pass the written exam and pass the lab exam and become a CCIE with no other certifications.
