Restricting calls based on Caller ID

I wanted to restrict inbound calls in CCM 5.1 from a specific caller ID (recieved via PSTN), my setup has MGCP gateways with centralised dial plan

any way this can be achieved in on CCM o GWs, i went through certain posts on Internet but no help, looks like this can be done on H.323 Gws but in CCM or MGCP Gws

CM does not natively allow for this, there are several options:

1.use H323 protocol and use reject rules on GWs

2. Use IPCC or Unity which allow for screening calls based on ANI, the downside is that all calls would need to be routed through these apps and port liceses may be an issue.
