ccme call forward not working

I am facing a problem with ccme call forward.I can call forward through 7912 but cannot call forward from 7940 phones.

After forwarding i need to put # . how i can remove the # and rectify the call forwarding for 7940 phones. I am attaching the configuration with this . kindly help me to rectify the call forwarding problem.

Hi, upgrade 7940 FW, the one you want it is "T23", get it from the CME distribution for 12.4(4)XC, not elsewhere.

Form the CCO download area, go to voice / CME / CME individual files, download the indicated file.
