Call Manager 6.1 device licencing

Hi,

We've purchased a few CP-7945G-CH1 handsets which apparently come with a one station user licence. What do I need to do to get licence files for these to add in to Call Manager 6.1?

register the PAK to get the DLUs for the phone

Thanks for the quick reply.

Any idea where I would find the PAK? There's nothing immediately obvious in the box with the phone.

Apologies for asking such a dumb question but it's the first time we've bought phones with individual licences rather than buying a block of device licences and "bare" phones.

Hi Steve,

YOu should get a paper document on which you'll find the PAK key.

Hope you havn't destroyed the BOX and the papers.

Thanks. That's what I'd assumed. There are definitely no pieces of paper in the boxes with PAK keys or anything similar on them.

I'll get back on to the supplier
