If I start my CAD (CRS 5.0(2)) I get an error (see attachment): unable to download file. Could not open request.
If I click "OK" I can log on the CRS server and the client works fine. Do you know why I get this error message?

Any windows firewall turned on? Had windows firewall mess things up wierd before! Logs would suggest everything is fine...

Did you get a resolotion to this issue. I have the same proble. Windows Firewall is turned off on the CAD PC.

Hi Ian,
I got the following instructions:
1. User should be having admin rights.
2. Port 6293 should not be blocking between the client and the Server. can you make sure if this port is open between client and server.
3. If there is any antivirus or Firewall on client PC or server, please disable them and see if it works.
And finally the problem was the wrong proxy settings in default browser.
