LMS 3.0 Event Code 1056

I have LMS up for a few weeks now and I am trying to minimize/filter certain events such as:

HighUtilization::Component=IF ComponentClass=Interface;ComponentEventCode=1056

Even after turning off all High Utilization events in events sets of DFM I am still getting 30 or more of these a day on different interfaces throughout the network. I have not been able to find any documentation referring to event 1056 and I am not sure if I can filter that event per device of if I will just have to turn it off or what. Any advice?

Are you referring to email notifications? If so, please post screenshots of your Event Set configuration and your notification group configuration.

jclarke,

Yes I am referring to the email notifications. Here are some screen shots. The ones that I am mainly concerned w/ are the codes that are not listed in the event set like 1056 or 1058.

Thanks

You need to uncheck all the boxes for alerts in your Notification Group. Only leave the boxes under Events checked. Once you do that, things will work as expected.
