ASA 5505 vs 5510

I'm trying to decide on the proper level of security for our company headquarters. Right now, we have about 25 computers that access the network. At any one time, we perhaps have 8 to 10 pcs on the internet at any one time. There is currently site to site vpn links between 6 branch facilities. Most of the brach facilities have 5-6 pcs on each one but the average is three at a time per branch. We're only going to share one application across this VPN Tunnel--a manufacturing ERP Program (just for entry/order of batch tickets) it's not a heavily computerized environment. Now we want to run the VPN as a hub and spoke kind of configuration. The branches don't need to talk with one another, but all of them need to talk with our Central Branch.

With our needs being so light, do you think its overkill to go with the 5510 versus the 5505?

I would say go for the ASA 5510 for scalability reasons like the AIP-SSM module, vpn load-balancing support, multiple contexts, two gigabit interfaces etc.
