Is it possible to use this port to connect a primary rate isdn with a view to using a media convertor to rj45?

The BITS port is an input for a highly accurate clock oscillator used to synchronize TDM clocks. It is an acronym for Building Integrated Timing Source. It is typically used in a central office environment to keep serial line clocks in step among multiple devices.
It can't be used for ISDN PRI, or anything other than to synchronize the 5300 TDM clock to a building master.
