Hi we have an issue between CUCM and PBX
CUCM:6.1.2
PBX:Alcatel 4400 R3.2
MGCP QSIG
RTR:2811
IOS:124-11.T4
Proctocol:ECMA enabled
TestA:Alcatel Phone call IP Phone
- Call is ok
- Display name is ok on two sides (cisco and Alcatel)
TestB:IP phone call to Alcatel phone
- IP Phone display alcatel name and number
- No name display on alcatel side just number
No facility msg is sent from CUCM
Does anyone have an idea?
we have an ios message
"Locking Shift to Codeset 5"????

Don't you have an option for the qsig version to use on the CM ? You need to set it right for name and more thigns to work.

What type of cable did you use to connect the Alcatel to the VG?
