CM Upgrade 4.x to 6.x and AC

Upgrading servers and app from CM 4.0.2 to 6.1.2. Thru preliminary testing, we have found that when 6.1.2 is in place, the Attendant Console speed dial entries are not carried over. We have many end users who have custom configured their speed dial settings in AC and when the new system is brought online all the custom speed dial entries are gone.

Is there a utility or procedure to export the existing Speed Dial settings

to the new system?

Thanks for any assistance you can provide.

There is a procedure you need to follow to bring over all the settings from AC separately from the DMA process. My experience is to simply document the AC and rebuild it. The DMA does not do a great job bringing this over.

After Cisco CallManager is upgraded from 4.x to 5.x, the Speed Dial configuration on the Attendant Console is lost

Thanks for the quick replies to both.

Unfortunately, it looks like I'll have to follow the document the AC procedure as I cannot perform a major upgrade and at the same time visit PC's that are located through out a municipal county. I'll have to depend on the end user to record their speed dial settings.

We need an export tool...

Anyway, thanks for the help.
