Generate Call Center Reports

Currently have CCM 4.2(sr3) deployed with 3 call center agents, how do I generate a report detailing weekly, monthly etc statistics?The extensions are configured as CTI route points.

The reports are going to come from the call center side, is this express or enterprise. IPCC?
