Customer is not able to manage MDS switch with SNMP

Customer has 2 MDS switches, he is not able to manage one switch using SNMP. The 2 switches have similar configuration. All the other lan switches and routers also have no problem with snmp.

The community name was wrong, we changed to the right name, but the problem is still the same. Does someone has any idea what else should be done to manage the switch with SNMP?

I have this problem too.
