Solved: call notification second line ccm4.2

Dear all,

I have a 7961 setup with 2 separate lines. if the person is using the first line and recieves a call on the second line, the person only hears one beep and the phone button is blinking.

is there a way that you can hear a beep like every 10 seconds?

You can change the incoming call alerting on the line page to say ring, beep, etc... I would check there and see if any of those work for you!

Hi Gerard,

Sadly there is no way to change this behaviour :( Have you changed the Device setting "Auto Line Select" to enabled so the user gets the new call screen display?

thanks Chris,

although I would prefer to have a beep which would repeat itself every x seconds. I've selected that the phone will ring if someone calls.

so.. it solved my problem.. thanks
