CCM can send spontaneous trap to a manager?

Hi folks!

Does CCM/E 4.x or 5.x can send spontaneous traps, about a service or interface down, to a CUOM manager?

CCM does not send trap for resource congestion.... Try this bug CSCei28066

And also service Start/stop trap add to CCM MIB....... try this CSCdt75787
