Consol IPMA Error - urgent

hello,

i have configured IPMA for ( a manger and his assistant) and i downlowded the ipma consol and i installed it. when i want to connect to the server by login and pass of the assistant , i get an error message [System Erro. Please contact Administrator].

see in the attachement file log.

Check if you can reach this from a web browser:

http://192.168.101.2/ma_locales/LocaleMasterVersion.txt

It looks as though your master locale file doesn't exist. TAC will need to help you fix this issue!
